四机抬吊安装异形钢结构施工技术

摘要 为了能够使参观者更加直观深入地体会天津港C段智能化集装箱码头工程智慧港口的魅力和文化,建设单位将原1#变电所南侧连廊变更为七彩廊道,七彩廊道主体结构为异形钢结构,施工工艺复杂,施工工期紧张,为了满足建设单位工期及安全施工的需求,本工程连廊主体选用了四台吊车同步提升旋转就位的吊装方式,本文介绍了主体展厅4台400 t汽车吊组合整体吊装的安装方案选择、吊车的选型、吊点的设置、需要计算的环节、同步吊装的控制措施及施工注意事项。 In order to enable visitors to see directly the Intelligent Container Terminal in the Port of Tianjin and deeply feel the charm of the smart port,the main contractor of the terminal proposed to change the original corridor on the south side of Substation 1 into a colorful corridor.The main body of the corridor was a special-shaped steel structure,the installation technique complicated and the installation period limited.In order to meet the time schedule and safe operation required by the main contractor,the main body of the corridor were installed with four truck cranes together,being lifted,rotated and put in place simultaneously.This paper describes the installation scheme selection,crane type selection,lifting point setting,links to be calculated,control measures for synchronous operation and precautions for four 400 t truck cranes working at the main exhibition hall.
