摘要 天津港C段智能化集装箱码头工程原场地在项目开工前未进行过地基处理,在此之前作为散杂货堆场已使用十年有余,经反复回填场地软硬已极不均匀,地基处理难度极大。为提高地基承载力并使场地情况进一步均匀,引用了强夯地基处理工艺。本工程主打智慧、绿色理念,将科学技术前沿成果与传统强夯施工相结合,应用信息化控制系统实现对夯击能、夯点位置、夯击次数、夯沉量等数据的自动同步记录,提高了施工过程的动态管控能力,施工质量和施工效率均得到有效改善,有较强推广意义。 The site of the intelligent container terminal project of the Tianjin Port had been used as a bulk cargo storage yard for more than ten years and its foundation not treated before the container terminal project started.As it was repeatedly backfilled,the site was extremely uneven in hardness and it was extremely difficult to treat its foundation.In order to improve the bearing capacity of the foundation and make the site hardness more uniform,the dynamic compaction technology was introduced.This project focused on the smart and green port concept,so that the cutting-edge technology was used in combination with the traditional dynamic compaction,,and the information control system was used to record automatically and synchronously the data such as the tamping energy,tamping point,tamping times and tamping settlement,which improved the dynamic control ability in the compaction process,as well as the work quality and efficiency.Therefore,it should be widely spread.
