宁波市跨境电商交易额影响因素研究

Research on the Influencing Factors of Ningbo Cross-border E-commerce Trading Volume

结合现有相关的研究成果和宁波市跨境电商实际情况,构建跨境电商交易额波动影响因素指标体系;选取2013-2020年宁波市的相关统计数据,在借助Eviews等统计分析软件验证数据的平稳性和相关性基础之上,运用灰色关联度分析法,得出各影响因素指标的灰色关联度和权重。研究表明:宁波市还未充分发挥公共财政预算支出数、受教育程度、港口吞吐量、在甬企业海外仓布局数、社会消费品零售总额等指标对于跨境电商交易额的促进作用。基于此,提出拓宽跨境物流渠道、创新跨境电商人才培养模式、加快海外仓布局以及完善公共服务体系等建议。

Based on the existing relevant research results and the actual situation of Ningbo cross-border e-commerce,this paper established an index system of factors affecting the fluctuation of cross-border e-commerce trading volume,selected the relevant statistical data of Ningbo from 2013 to 2020,verified the stability and correlation of data with the help of Eviews and other statistical analysis software,and applied the grey correlation analysis method.The grey correlation degree and weight of each influencing factor index were obtained.The research showed that Ningbo has not given full play to the promotion role of such indicators as public financial budget expenditure,education level,port throughput,overseas warehouse layout of enterprises in Ningbo and total retail sales of social consumer goods on the transaction volume of cross-border e-commerce.Based on this,suggestions were put forward,such as broadening cross-border logistics channels,innovating cross-border e-commerce talent training mode,speeding up overseas warehouse layout and improving public service system.
