高校创新型人才培养状况与满意度实证研究 被引量:2

An Empirical Study on the Current Situation and Satisfaction of Cultivating Innovative Talents in Universities

摘要 文章对浙江省19所本科一批招生学校的8324名国际经济与贸易专业在校本科生进行了有关人才培养满意度的问卷调查,调查发现目前学生对专业教师教学水平以及整体教学效果的满意度相对较高,但学生普遍认为高校在创新型人才培养课程设计方面的创新性和实效性还需加强。同时高校仍存在教学方式单一、应用性弱以及跨学科、跨文化综合型人才培养效果不佳等问题。由此,为满足学生对高等教育的期望,培养符合行业发展需求的高质量创新型、复合型、外向型人才,高校应构建创新人才培养模式、创立多学科交叉的创新型教学团队、修订创新型人才培养方案。 To understand the actual experiences and subjective feelings of students majoring in international economy and trade,a questionnaire survey was conducted among 8,324 undergraduates from 19 first-tier universities in Zhejiang Province.The results showed that the current curriculum design for innovative talents training lacks creativity and effectiveness,which greatly impacted the overall degree of satisfaction.The degree of satisfaction with teachers was relatively high;however,there were some problems,such as in the areas of only using a single teaching method,the application not being strong,and the training effects on interdisciplinary and cross-cultural talent not being satisfactory.Students expect to be trained to become high-quality,innovative,interdisciplinary,export-oriented talents who can meet the demands of industry development.
