汽轮发电机转子匝间短路多物理场耦合分析 被引量:2

摘要 汽轮发电机转子绕组匝间短路是其常见故障之一,可能会导致转子异常振动,危及电机和系统的安全。以华能中原燃机电厂的THDF 108/53型汽轮发电机为研究对象,建立发电机有限元模型,进行“电磁-结构”的耦合分析。基于Workbench有限元仿真平台仿真并分析了汽轮发电机正常额定运行情况、转子绕组不同位置发生匝间短路故障时的电磁场以及不平衡电磁力的特性,得到故障情况下绕组的易变形部位和受力情况。论文成果对于实际机组转子绕组的绝缘磨损规律解析与绝缘破坏预防提供了理论参考和依据。 Inter-turn short circuit of generator rotor winding is one of its common faults,which may lead to rotor vibration and endanger the safety of motor and system.Taking the THDF 108/53 turbine generator of Huaneng Zhongyuan Gas Turbine Power Plant as the research object,the finite element model of the generator was established,and the coupling analysis of electromagnetic-structure was carried out.The characteristics of electromagnetic field and unbalanced electromagnetic force were simulated and analyzed when the normal condition of turbo-generator,inter-turn short circuit fault occurs in different position of excitation winding.The results of the paper provide a theoretical reference and basis for the analysis of the insulation wear law and the prevention of insulation damage of Rotor windings of actual units.
