基于Python的JMAG二次开发在游标型永磁直线同步电机设计中的应用

摘要 本文为游标型永磁直线同步电机开发了基于Python的JMAG二次开发设计程序,设计程序包括了校核计算、矢量控制、单结构参数扫描和数据库管理等功能。通过输入界面设置与实时显示游标型永磁直线同步电机结构,再由JMAG脚本完成电机的参数化建模,然后进行有限元仿真,仿真结束后程序获取有限元计算结果,进行分析与可视化处理。校核计算时输入电流相位由输入界面设定,矢量控制时输入电流相位则由程序根据动子位置自动确定,而单参数扫描时则按设定的参数组逐个计算,从而选择最优值。该二次开发设计程序可移植性强,能够实现电机的快速设计。 In this paper,a Python-based JMAG secondary development design program was developed for the vernier permanent magnet linear synchronous motor(VPMLSM).The design program includes functions such as calibration calculation,vector control,single-structure parameter scanning,database management and so on.The structure of the VPMLSM was set and displayed in real time through the input interface,and then the parameterized modeling of the motor was completed by the JMAG script.After the finite element simulation was calculated,the program obtains the calculation results for analysis and visualization.To the calibration calculation,the input current phase was input in the design program.To the vector control,the input current phase was automatically determined by program according to the position of the mover.To the single parameter scanning,multiple schemes were gradually calculated according to the input parameter array,and then the optimal value was obtained.This secondary development design program has strong portability,which can realize the rapid design of the motor.
