摘要
为建立FL-17风洞螺旋桨带动力试验能力,特研制一套螺旋桨带动力控制系统,该系统用于螺旋桨带动力风洞试验时电机转速的精确控制。本文介绍了控制系统的组成和设计原理,并给出风洞试验考核结果。结果表明,该系统转速控制精度≤±1 r/min,自动化程度高,具有较高的工程应用价值。
In order to improve the capability of propeller driving force,a propeller driving force test system was developed in the FL-17 wind tunnel.This system was used for the precise controlof motor speed in propeller driving force testofwind tunnel.This paper introduced the composition and design principle of the control system,and gave the wind tunnel test results.The results show that the speed control precision of the system is less than±1 r/min,and the automation degree is high,has high engineering application value.
