基于定子磁链定向的永磁同步电机无差拍直接转矩和磁通控制策略

摘要 为提高传统无差拍直接转矩和磁通控制策略(DB-DTFC)的动态响应稳定性、鲁棒性与计算效率,并降低电磁转矩和定子电流波动,以平面坐标系为基础,推导了基于定子磁链定向的电磁转矩耦合数学模型,提出了改进型DB-DTFC控制策略的基本原理,并基于定子电压坐标系统和扭矩通量坐标系统,设计了一种新型图形分析方法和通用解决方法,并运用试验分析对比了传统DB-DTFC策略和改进型DB-DTFC策略的系统稳定性。试验结果表明,改进型DB-DTFC策略的相电流值、电磁转矩波动均低于传统DB-DTFC策略,且计算执行时间比传统DB-DTFC策略提升了50%,能够有效降低电磁转矩和定子电流波动,提升电机控制计算效率,提高电机动态响应稳定性,增强系统鲁棒性。 In order to improve the dynamic response stability,robustness and calculation efficiency of the traditional deadbeat direct torque and magnetic flux control strategy(DB-DTFC),and reduce the electromagnetic torque and stator current fluctuations,it is derived based on the plane coordinate system the mathematical model of electromagnetic torque conversion based on stator flux orientation was proposed,and the basic principle of improved DB-DTFC control strategy was proposed based on the stator voltage coordinate system and the injected flux coordinate system,a new graphical analysis method and general solution.Finally,experimental analysis was used to compare the system stability of the conventional DB-DTFC strategy and the improved DB-DTFC strategy.The test results show that the phase current value and electromagnetic torque fluctuation average value of the improved DB-DTFC strategy is lower than that of the conventional DB-DTFC strategy,and the calculation execution time is increased by 50%compared with the conventional DB-DTFC strategy,which can effectively reduce the electromagnetic torque and Stator current changes,improve the calculation efficiency of motor control,improve the stability of motor dynamic response,and enhance the robustness of the system.
