摘要
在某型号电机生产过程中,笔者发现经硫酸阳极氧化的铝合金零件,在进行稳态湿热试验后,部分零件表面及内孔出现点蚀,对产品的防锈性能造成影响,进而影响到产品的质量水平。针对出现的问题,本文对影响铝合金硫酸阳极氧化膜层发生点蚀的各种因素进行全面分析,并结合生产实际,提出切实可行的措施,有效解决了硫酸阳极氧化的铝合金零件进行稳态湿热试验后零件表面发生点蚀的问题。
Writer discovered the aluminum alloy parts by sulfuric acid anodizing after experiment with steady state damp heat test,some of the parts was pitted on surface and inner hole in the motor production process.It impacted production’s antirust function,thus influenced production quality level.To solve this problem,this article analyzed various factors which was influenced aluminum alloy anodized coatings obtained with sulfuric acid occur the pitting,and combined with production practice,put forward feasible measures.Through the above methods,effectively solved the aluminum alloy parts by sulfuric acid anodizing after experiment with steady state damp heat test was pitted this problem.
