随着三大运营商布局家庭宽带市场,家庭宽带不断普及,市场趋于饱和,同时用户在家庭宽带业务的感知识别要求也越来越高。本文基于运营商宽带网络现状,结合运营商家庭宽带痛点,通过大数据聚类分析、业务建模和人工智能自学习等技术手段,建立了一套基于家庭宽带用户业务感知的品质宽带精细化运营方案,致力于赋能宽带提速升档、智能硬件营销、主动上门优化、智能组网服务、场景化宽带营销和家庭权益营销等业务的精细化运营,降本增效,实现家庭宽带市场的高质量发展。
With the development of family broadband constructed by three operators in China,family broadband had been widely used and the market tends to be saturated,which requires high demand for business perception in family broadband.This article proposed the quality broadband precision operation scheme based on business perception of family broadband consumers in view of the current network situation of ISP and the pain point of family broadband in each province.It used the technology of clustering algorithm in big data,business modeling and self-learning in artificial intelligence in order to develop the precision operation of speeding up broadband,intelligent hardware marketing,door-to-door network optimization,intelligent network service,scenario marketing of broadband,family rights marketing and so on.It can help operators reduce costs,increase effi ciency and achieve the high-quality development of family broadband.
