进行变电站继保室二次屏柜传统产品的装设和拆除时,停电、验电、接地、悬挂标示牌和装设围栏等安全技术措施是保证现场安全的必要环节。由于整个装拆过程存在耗时费力、产品摆放杂乱、配件容易丢失等问题,容易导致现场工作人员误入其他运行中的二次屏柜内作业,存在导致设备故障和影响人身安全的隐患。应用重新设计的二次屏柜安全措施布置产品,可有效解决现场安全隐患,提高二次屏柜安全措施的布置效率及现场工作的安全管控水平,推动农村智慧电网建设。

During the installation and removal of traditional products of secondary panels and cabinets in the substation relay protection room,safety technical measures such as power failure,power inspection,grounding,hanging signs,and installing fences are necessary to ensure site safety.As the whole assembly and disassembly process is time-consuming and laborious,the products are placed disorderly,and the accessories are easy to be lost,it is easy to cause the on-site staff to enter the secondary panels and cabinets in other operations by mistake,and there are hidden dangers that lead to equipment failure and affect personal safety.There designed secondary panel and cabinet safety measures layout product of general application can effectively solve the potential safety hazards on-site,improve the layout efficiency of secondary panel and cabinet safety measures and the safety control level of on-site work,and promote the construction of rural smart grid.
