摘要
以三甲氧基硅烷(TMOS)、烯丙基环氧基聚氧乙烯聚氧丙烯醚(APEE)和十二烷基二甲基叔胺(12DMA)为原料,通过硅氢化加成、氨解开环季铵化等反应,合成了季铵盐型聚醚改性三甲氧基硅烷(QAPTS),之后采用甲基三乙氧基硅烷(MTES)与其进行水解缩聚,最终制得季铵盐型聚醚改性硅树脂(QAPSR)。采用IR对QAPSR进行了表征,并对其乳液在棉织物上的应用及抗菌性能进行了研究。结果表明:经QAPSR乳液所整理后棉织物,其各项应用性能都有较大的提升。此外,当乳液质量浓度达到一定程度时,可赋予织物优异的抗菌抑菌效果,同时增强了织物的耐洗性。
Quaternary ammonium salt polyether modified trimethoxysilane(QAPTS)was synthesized by hydrosilylation addition,ring quaternization of ammonia by using trimethoxysilane(TMOS),allyloxy polyoxyethylene polyoxypropylene ether(APEE),and dodecyl dimethyl tertiary amine(12DMA),after which the quaternary ammonium polyether modified trimethoxysilane(QAPTS)was hydrolytically polycondensed with methyltriethoxysilane(MTES)to finally produce quaternary ammonium polyether modified silicone(QAPSR).QAPSR was characterized by IR and its application in emulsion and antibacterial properties were also studied.The results showed that the cotton fabric after QAPSR emulsion was greatly improved in its application performance.In addition,when the emulsion concentration reaches a certain degree,it can give the fabric excellent antibacterial and bacteriostatic effect,and enhance the washability of the fabric at the same time.
