大孔树脂纯化迷迭香酸工艺优化

摘要 本研究为纯化分离迷迭香中的迷迭香酸抗氧化剂,筛选合适的分离纯化迷迭香酸的大孔树脂,确定最佳的纯化方法步骤。分别选用D-101,X-5,DM-130,AB-8和YPR-Ⅱ5种类型大孔树脂为柱填料,以乙醇作为大孔树脂的洗脱剂,在吸附完成后进行洗脱,优化分离条件。筛选出DM-130大孔树脂为柱填料,考察了洗脱液浓度、洗脱液体积、上样静态吸附时间、上样体积、洗脱速度五种影响因素,确定纯化分离迷迭香酸的方法条件。 In this study,the rosemary acid antioxidant from isolated rosemary and the suitable large hole resin for purified rosemary acid was selected to determine the optimal purification steps.D-101,X-5,DM-130,AB-8 and YPR-Ⅱtypes of large hole resin were selected as column fillers,and ethanol was used as the elution agent of large hole resin to elute after adsorption,and the separation conditions were optimized.DM-130 large hole resin was selected as column filler,which investigated the eluate concentration,elution liquid accumulation,static adsorption time,sample volume and elution speed,and the methods and conditions for purifying rosemary acid were determined.
