桑叶的化学成分提取及其加工利用研究

摘要 桑叶正丁醇提取物、桑叶70%乙醇提取物、桑叶乙酸乙酯提取物、桑叶正己烷提取物的化学成分提取和气相色谱-质谱(GC-MS)分析结果表明:GC含量最高的成分均为7-羟基-7,8,9,10-四甲基-7,8-二氢环庚烷[d,e]萘。其他共有成分还有9-十八烯-12-炔诺酸甲酯、十二甲基环己硅氧烷、苯甲酸-3-甲基-2-三甲基硅氧基-三甲基硅酯。桑叶正丁醇提取物、桑叶70%乙醇提取物,共有成分为7-羟基-7,8,9,10-四甲基-7,8-二氢环庚烷[d,e]萘、2-氧代-4-苯基-6-(4-氯苯基)-1,2-二氢嘧啶、3-氨基-2-奋乃静。桑叶正丁醇提取物还可以得到(-)-肾上腺素,三(三甲基硅基)醚。桑叶加工利用中,如果从最高GC含量化合物角度,可以优先选择桑叶正丁醇提取物,7-羟基-7,8,9,10-四甲基-7,8-二氢环庚烷[d,e]萘的GC含量最高,为74.28%。 The chemical components of mulberry leaves n-butanol extract,mulberry leaves 70%ethanol extract,mulberry leaves ethyl acetate extract and mulberry leaves n-hexane extract were extracted and analyzed by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(GC-MS).The results showed that the components with the highest GC content were 7-hydroxy-7,8,9,10-tetramethyl-7,8-dihydrocyclohepta[d,e]naphthalene.Other common components included 9-octadecen-12-ynoic acid-methyl ester,dodecamethyl-cyclohexasiloxane,benzoic acid-3-methyl-2-trimethylsilyloxy-trimethylsilyl ester.The n-butanol extract of mulberry leaves and 70%ethanol extract of mulberry leaves were analyzed.The common components were 7-hydroxy-7,8,9,10-tetramethyl-7,8-dihydrocyclohepta[d,e]naphthalene,2-oxo-4-phenyl-6-(4-chlorophenyl)-1,2-dihydropyrimidine and 3-amino-2-phenazinol ditms.(-)-Epinephrine,tris(trimethylsilyl)ether can also be obtained from n-butanol extract of mulberry leaves.In the processing and utilization of mulberry leaves,from the perspective of compounds with the highest GC content,n-butanol extract of mulberry leaves can be preferentially selected.The GC content of 7-hydroxy-7,8,9,10-tetramethyl-7,8-dihydrocyclohepta[d,e]naphthalene is the highest,which is 74.28%.
