Difficulty Analysis and Strategy of Start-up of a New Aromatics Unit in a Refinery

某炼厂为优化公司产品结构,新建了150万吨/年芳烃联合装置,项目预计于2022年底投产。项目投产后将对该公司的产品结构深度调整,提高产品附加值和效益,最终提升公司在行业内的竞争力。本文主要从工艺难点、设备操作、热联合、人员储备等角度对该项目的开工难点进行分析,并给出一定的对策,以保证装置开工过程的安全、平稳。

In order to optimize the product structure of the company,a refinery has built a 1.5 million T/a aromatics combined unit.The project is expected to be put into operation at the end of 2022.After the project is put into operation,the product structure of the company will be deeply adjusted to improve the added value and benefits of products,and finally enhance the competitiveness of the company in the industry.This paper mainly analyzes the commencement difficulties of the project from the perspectives of process difficulties,equipment operation,thermal combination and personnel reserve,and gives some countermeasures to ensure the safety and stability of the unit commencement process.
