摘要
为评估当前我国放射性废物处理工艺设备技术的发展水平、掌握我国放射性废物处理工艺设备技术的发展现状,引入技术成熟度评价方法开展放射性废物处理工艺设备技术的评价工作。基于放射性废物处理工艺设备技术的特点,建立起有针对性的技术成熟度评价方案是开展技术评价工作的前提。因此,以制定放射性废物处理工艺设备技术成熟度评价方案为牵引,给出技术成熟度评价流程、明确技术成熟度等级的划分及定义、制定技术成熟度评价细则。本方案可为后续放射性废物处理工艺设备技术成熟度评价工作的开展提供指导、为放射性废物处理工艺设备技术成熟度等级的判定提供依据。
In order to assess the situation and level of development of radioactive waste treatment technology in our country,the technology readiness assessment method was used to evaluate the technology readiness level of radioactive waste treatment technology.Technology readiness assessment scheme should be established firstly based on the characteristics of radioactive waste treatment technology,which was the premise of conducting technology assessment.Thus,oriented to formulate a suitable technology readiness assessment scheme for radioactive waste treatment technology,the procedure of implanting technology readiness assessment was introduced,classification and definition of technology readiness levels were listed,and detailed rules of determining technology readiness level of an index was made.Due to the above-mentioned scheme,there would exist guidance for technology readiness assessment as well as rules for determining technology readiness levels of equipment applied in radioactive waste treatment process.
