Common Faults and Treatment Methods of Box Filter Press in a Power Plant

某电厂脱硫废水系统采用三联箱加澄清器的方式进行污水处理,其中澄清器将絮凝后废水进行分离。底部污泥通过污泥输送泵送至压滤机压成泥饼,送至灰场。由于脱硫废水中含固量较高,压滤机使用频率较大,陆续出现一系列故障。本文将归纳总结厢式压滤机部分常见故障及处理方式。

The desulfuration wastewater from a power plant was treated by a three-tank combined with a clarifier,in which the wastewater after flocculated was separated.The sludge from bottom was pumped to the filter press to press into a cake and sent to the ash field.Because of the high solid content in the desulfurized wastewater and the frequent use of the filter press,a series of failures occurred one after another.In this paper,the common faults and treatment methods of the chamber filter press were summarized.
