PS-VI催化剂再生周期内使用性能分析

摘要 本文通过分析催化剂再生周期内比表面积、粉尘量、积碳速率、芳烃转化率等数据,对PS-VI重整催化剂在本装置的使用情况进行详细介绍。经过360次的再生后,催化剂比表面积从197 m^(2)/g下降至161 m^(2)/g,催化剂粉尘量从运行初期的7 kg/d逐步平稳下降至3.5 kg/d,呈现出平稳下降的趋势,相对于初期而言,末期加权平均入口温度和加权平均床层温度均有明显的提高。再生周期内,催化剂各项工业特性参数均符合技术指标要求,反应出其在工业应用中的良好表现。 In this paper,the application of PS-VI reforming catalyst in this unit is introduced in detail by analyzing the specific surface area,dust amount,carbon deposition rate,aromatic conversion rate and other data during the catalyst regeneration cycle.After 360 cycles of regeneration,the specific surface area of the catalyst decreased from 197 m^(2)/g to 161 m^(2)/g,and the catalyst dust content gradually decreased from 7 kg/d to 3.5 kg/d,showing a steady decline trend.Compared with the initial stage,the weighted average inlet temperature and weighted average bed temperature in the final stage were significantly increased.During the regeneration cycle,the industrial characteristic parameters of the catalyst meet the technical requirements,reflecting its good performance in industrial application.
