Determination of Acrylamide in Water Quality by Gas Chromatography Method

摘要 应用岛津GC-2010 Pro气相色谱仪检测水中丙烯酰胺。在酸性条件下,水中的丙烯酰胺与新生溴发生加成反应,生成2,3-二溴丙烯酰胺。用乙酸乙酯进行萃取分离,上清液进入配有SH-RXI-5SILMS(30 m×0.25 mm×0.25μm)毛细管柱的带有电子捕获检测器的气相色谱仪进行检测。结果表明,2,3-二溴丙烯酰胺的线性范围为0.50~12.5μg/L,r=0.9962,检出限为0.04μg/L。丙烯酰胺在0.05、0.25、0.80μg/L水平下,回收率为74.0%~96.0%,相对标准偏差为1.8%~7.2%。 Acrylamide in water quality was determined by SHIMADZU GC-2010 Pro gas chromatography.Under the acidic condition,acrylamide in water reacted with bromine,the product(2,3-dibromopro-pionamide)was extracted with ethly acetate and determined by gas chromatography with capillay of SH-RXI-5SILMS(30 m×0.25 mm×0.25μm)and ECD.The results showed that the linear range for 2,3-dibromopro-pionamide was 0.50~12.5μg/L,r=0.9962,and the detection limit was 0.04μg/L.Recoveries of acrylamide spiked at levels of 0.05,0.25,0.80μg/L were between 74.0%to 96.0%.The relative standard deviations were between 1.8%to 7.2%.
