摘要 课程思政作为推动专业课程与思想政治教育相结合的方式,逐渐引起人们的关注。发酵工程课程作为生物制药专业的核心课程,是微生物学、生物化学与化学工程学相结合的学科,知识体系较为复杂,学生学习难度较大。本文以发酵工程绪论为例,通过思政元素的挖掘,以期为今后发酵工程课程思政提供参考,并提升学生的学习兴趣,帮助学生更好的学习,在学习知识的同时强化引领作用,以达到教书育人的目的。 As the way to promote the combination of professional courses and ideological and political education,ideological and political education in curriculum has gradually attracted people's attention.The fermentation engineering is the core curriculum of biopharmaceutical specialty and a combination of Microbiology,Biochemistry and Chemical engineering,which has a complex knowledge system and make the student difficult to learn.This paper present with the excavation of ideological and political elements in the introduction of fermentation engineering to provide reference for the ideological and political elements of fermentation engineering course in the future,which could enhance students'interest in learning,help students learn better,strengthen their leading role while learning knowledge and to accomplish the task of teaching and educating.
