摘要
针对某厂烧结活性炭脱硫工艺制酸废水无处置途径的问题,根据现场实际情况提出了氨法脱硫工艺协同处置制酸废水的方案。通过实验室小试研究了氨水对制酸废水中悬浮物、Fe和重金属的去除效果,表明当废水pH值调至5~6时,可使制酸废水TSS降至20 mg/L,Fe降至1 mg/L。在435 m^(2)烧结机氨法脱硫系统进行了应用,实现制酸废水100%处置,年消纳制酸废水8000余t,对氨法脱硫系统和烧结机的运行无明显不利影响。制酸废水氨法脱硫工艺协同处置技术适合有氨法脱硫系统的企业,为制酸废水的无害化与资源化处置路径提供了参考。
In view of the problem that there is no way to dispose of acid-making wastewater from sintered activated carbon desulfurization process in a factory,a scheme of ammonia desulfurization process co-disposal of acid-making wastewater was put forward according to the actual situation on site.The removal effect of ammonia water on suspended solids,Fe and heavy metals in acid-making wastewater was studied in laboratory.The results showed that TSS and Fe in acid-making wastewater could be reduced to 20mg/L and 1mg/L respectively when pH value of wastewater was adjusted to 5~6.It has been applied in ammonia desulfurization system of 435m2 sintering machine,100%disposal of acid-making wastewater was achieved,and more than 8000 tons of acid-making wastewater is consumed annually,which has no obvious adverse effect on the operation of ammonia desulfurization system and sintering machine.The synergistic disposal technology of ammonia desulfurization process for acid-making wastewater is suitable for enterprises with ammonia desulfurization system,which provides a reference for harmless and resource-based disposal of acid-making wastewater.
