最大化生产中间馏分油加氢裂化技术的工业应用 被引量:2

摘要 介绍了雅保+抚研院STATSTM催化剂体系在河北鑫海化工集团有限公司1.5 Mt/a加氢裂化装置上最大化生产中间馏分油的工业应用成果,包括催化剂装填,物料平衡,主要产品性质,及装置在正常运行时不同进料比的情况下产品分布情况。结果表明,标定期间,尽管原料性质与设计存在极大的偏差情况下,雅保+抚研STATSTM催化剂体系仍能达到技术协议中所要求的产品收率及产品质量,加工出的尾油,BMCI值仅为10,是优质的蒸汽裂解制乙烯原料。 The industrial application results of Albemarle and FRIPP STATSTM catalyst system for maximized middle distillate yield for a 1.5 Mt/a hydrocracking unit in Hebei Xinhai Chemical Group Co.,Ltd.which included catalyst loading result,material balance,main properties of products,and the yields under different feed ratios of this unit during normal operation.The results showed that,during the calibration,even if the feedstock properties was different from design,the yields and main properties of products was in accordance with the Technical Agreement,the yield of bottom oil,its BMCI value was only 10,which was still an excellent feedstock for producing ethylene by steam cracking.
