双酚A双(2-羟基乙基)醚的合成及应用研究进展

摘要 概述了双酚A双(2-羟基乙基)醚的合成方法和应用研究情况。本文首先对双酚A双(2-羟基乙基)醚的合成方法进行了综述,介绍了采用环氧乙烷、氯乙醇或碳酸乙烯酯为羟乙基化试剂的合成方法,以及双酚A型聚碳酸酯经化学循环回收合成方法。其次双酚A双(2-羟基乙基)醚的应用进行了综述,其可用于合成各种高分子材料,如聚酯树脂、聚氨酯和聚碳酸酯等;双酚A双(2-羟基乙基)醚可按一定比例嵌入到高分子聚合物链节中,在高分子聚合物链段上作为修饰基团;也可以用于合成Bola型、Gemini型及可聚合型等新型特种表面活性剂的骨架中间体。最后,对其发展趋势和应用前景作了展望。 The synthesis and application of bisphenol A bis(2-hydroxyethyl)ether were summarized.Firstly,the synthesis methods of bisphenol A bis(2-hydroxyethyl)ether were reviewed in this paper.This paper introduces the synthesis of bisphenol A bis(2-hydroxyethyl)ether,the method of using ethylene oxide or chloroethanol or vinyl carbonate as hydroxyethylation reagent,and the method of chemical recycling of bisphenol a polycarbonate.Secondly,the applications of bisphenol A bis(2-hydroxyethyl)ether have been reviewed.Bisphenol A bis(2-hydroxyethyl)ether can be used to synthesize various polymer materials such as polyester,polyurethane and polycarbonate,etc.The bisphenol A bis(2-hydroxyethyl)ether could be bonded into the polymer chains in a certain proportion as modified groups on the polymer segments.It can be applied to synthesize backbone intermediates of new surfactants such as Bola,Gemini,and polymerizable.Finally,its development trend and application prospect were prospected.
