摘要
含氯原油加工一直是炼油企业加工的难题,主要由于含氯原油含有相比正常油要高得多的氯元素,而氯对生产的危害主要体现为对设备的腐蚀、铵盐堵塞以及使催化剂中毒等。但含氯原油的平均每桶单价低于正常石油均价,因而经合适的加工后存在极为广阔的市场前景。中国石油化工股份有限公司镇海炼化分公司利用混合降氯法将含氯原油与正常原油按4%左右的掺炼量混合以降低平均氯含量。结果表明,使用该法处理后的混合原油氯含量在各个监测点均位于参考含量以下。利用该技术成功完成了对含氯原油的后续处理,为今后对含氯原油的大规模处理与应用积累了经验。
The processing of chlorinated crude oil has always been a difficult problem for refining enterprises,mainly because chlorinated crude oil contains much higher chlorine than normal oil,and the harm of chlorine to production is mainly reflected in the corrosion of equipment,ammonium clogging and catalyst poisoning.However,the average price per barrel of chlorinated crude oil is lower than the average price of normal oil,so there is a very broad market prospect after proper processing.The SINOPEC Zhenhai Refining&Chemical Co.uses the hybrid dechlorination method to mix chlorinated crude oil with normal crude oil at a refining amount of about 4%to reduce the average chlorine content.The results showed that the chlorine content of the mixed crude oil treated by this method was below the reference content at each monitoring point.The follow-up treatment of chlorinated crude oil was successfully completed by using this technology,and experience was accumulated for the large-scale treatment and application of chlorinated crude oil in the future.
