脱硝系统还原剂制备系统故障分析及改进措施

摘要 尿素水解制氨的方法具有安全便利、技术成熟等技术优势,在火电厂烟气脱硝系统中得到越来越广泛的应用,然而在运行过程中,尿素水解系统发生故障导致喷氨格栅支管堵塞,严重影响烟气脱硝系统的安全可靠运行。通过分析某机组尿素水解系统故障导致喷氨格栅支管堵塞的原因,并提出防止尿素水解系统发生故障的措施,为保障烟气脱硝系统的安全稳定运行提供参考。 the method of urea hydrolysis to produce ammonia has the technical advantages of safety,convenience and mature technology.It is more and more widely used in the flue gas denitration system of thermal power plant.However,in the process of operation,the failure of urea hydrolysis system leads to the blockage of ammonia injection grid branch pipe,which seriously affects the safe and reliable operation of flue gas denitration system.By analyzing the reasons for the blockage of ammonia injection grid branch pipe caused by the failure of urea hydrolysis system of a unit,the measures to prevent the failure of urea hydrolysis system are put forward,which provides a reference for ensuring the safe and stable operation of flue gas denitration system.
