Preliminary Environmental Investigation of a Chemical Enterprise Plot in East China

对华东地区某化工企业搬迁遗留场地进行初步环境调查,该场地企业主要经营有机化学原料制造,通过资料收集、现场踏勘与访谈,识别了场地疑似污染区和污染因子,针对性地制定了调查方案,采集土壤和地下水样品,检测重金属、氰化物、挥发性有机物、半挥发性有机物和石油烃,经分析确定该场地有部分土壤及地下水点位石油烃、挥发性有机物超标,需要开展后续地块污染状况详细调查与健康风险评估工作。

A preliminary environmental investigation was conducted on the site left after the relocation of a chemical enterprise in east China.The enterprise in the site was mainly engaged in the manufacturing of organic chemical raw materials The suspected pollution areas and pollution factors of the site were identified through data collection,on-site survey and interview,and then an investigation scheme was formulated.Soil and groundwater samples were collected,and pollution factors inculding heavy metals,cyanide,volatile organic compounds,semi volatile organic compounds and petroleum hydrocarbons were detected and analysed.It was determined that petroleum hydrocarbons and volatile organic compounds at certain of the soil and groundwater points exceeded the standard,therefore detailed investigation and health risk assessment of the site need to be carried out.
