在流动的现代社会中构建人类命运共同体,充分发挥海外华人华侨在国际舞台中的作用与力量,遵循着经验、学理与实践三方面的逻辑。于经验层面,华人华侨从聚居到散居的社会事实回应了华人华侨构建共同体的可能性。于学理层面,客观的族群符号、反身的文化认同和指向性的集体记忆使有聚有散的海外华人华侨生成“形散神不散”的不朽凝聚力,能够在全球范围内建立有层次、有重点、可利用的互动和情感网络,构建多样化的共同体形态。于实践层面,华人华侨长期保持的松散聚合关系通过共同体的范式转换,不仅实现了对中华民族共同体的衍化、延伸与超越,还恰好对接人类命运共同体的构建思维。调动海外华人华侨参与构建人类命运共同体的主体积极性,不仅有助于改善华人华侨的海外生存发展环境,推动中国与世界的良性互动,还有助于构建共生共享共赢的全球治理格局。

In the mobile modern society,the construction of a community with a shared future for mankind should give full play to the role and strength of overseas Chinese in the international arena by following the logic of experience,theory and practice.In terms of experience,the social fact that overseas Chinese living in scattered places from some fixed places has made it possible for overseas Chinese to built the community with a shared future for mankind.In academic terms,objective ethnic symbols,reflexive cultural identity and directional collective memory enable overseas Chinese who lived in concentrated and scattered communities to form an immortal cohesion of“scattered-form and concentrated-spirit”,which can establish a hierarchical,focused and available interactive and emotional network all over the world,forming a diversified community.In practice,the long and loose relationship between overseas Chinese can shift through the paradigm of the community,which not only realizes the evolution,extension and transcendence of the Chinese national community,but also fits the logic of constructing the community with a shared future for mankind.Therefore,mobilizing the enthusiasm of overseas Chinese to participate in the construction of a community with a shared future for mankind will not only help to improve the environment for Chinese overseas to live,promote the virtuous interaction between China and the world,but also help to build a global governance pattern of symbiosis,sharing and win-win results.
