摘要
采用NPP/VIIRS夜间灯光数据及各省份专利授权数据,利用Moran’s I测度和LISA聚类结果,分析2013—2018年中国除港澳台外的31个省份专利授权数量的空间聚集性,建立地理加权回归(GWR)模型,探讨技术创新对区域经济发展的影响。结果表明:我国技术创新空间分布不均衡,集聚两极化严重,正逐渐形成中西部地区创新低值陷阱和东部沿海创新集聚高地的现象。但因技术创新的发展对区域经济有着显著正相关影响,各级政府需制定适合本地的创新发展战略政策,提升专利质量和转化路径,加大创新研发投入,提升经济开放强度,强化省份间的创新合作机制,建立完善的技术研发创新体系。
This paper uses NPP/VIIRS night light data and provincial patent authorization data,and uses Moran’s I index measurement and LISA clustering results to analyze the spatial clustering of the number of patent authorizations in China from 2013 to 2018,and establishes a geographically weighted regression(GWR)model,explore the impact of technological innovation on regional economic development.The study found that technological innovation space has uneven distribution,serious agglomeration polarization,and gradually formed a low-value innovation trap in the central and western regions and the status quo of innovation agglomeration highlands along the eastern coast.The development of technological innovation has a significant positive impact on the regional economy.Governments at all levels need to formulate local innovation development strategies and policies based on local conditions,increase investment in innovation research and development,strengthen innovation cooperation mechanisms among provinces,establish a complete technology research and development innovation system.
