京津冀机构协同合作网络研究——以三地科技进步奖获奖项目为例 被引量:1

Research on Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Institution Collaboration Network:Based on Three Places Science and Technology Progress Award Winning Projects

摘要 运用社会网络分析法分析京津冀科技进步奖中三地机构之间的合作网络特征、演化规律及演化趋势。以2011—2020年北京市、天津市、河北省科技进步奖中京、津、冀机构之间协同合作数据为基础,按合作模式分两个时期构建机构合作网络,分析网络的合作演化特征、中心性特征、形态特征以及小团体属性。结果表明:京津冀科技进步奖协同合作呈波动式上升态势,京冀、京津之间的合作规模明显高于津冀,高校在网络中占据中心地位,私营企业作用力较弱,电力行业在网络中作用显著。 Using social network analysis to make in-depth analysis of the characteristics,evolutionary rules,and evolutionary trends of the cooperation network among the three institutions in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Science and Technology Progress Award to provide scientific decisions for the resource allocation and coordinated development of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region.Based on the cooperation data among Beijing,Tianjin,and Hebei institutions during 2011—2020 in the fields of Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei Science and Technology Progress Awards,the institutional cooperation network was constructed into two periods according to the cooperation model,and analysis of cooperative evolution characteristics,centrality characteristics,morphological characteristics,and small group attributes of the network in conducted.The results show that the collaboration among Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Science and Technology Progress Award shows arising trend.The scale of cooperation between Beijing-Hebei and Beijing-Tianjin is significantly higher than that of Tianjin-Hebei.Universities occupy a central position in the network.The role of private enterprises is weak and the power industry has significant role in the network.
