摘要
为进一步适应区域协同背景下的国土空间规划需要,基于地价梯度模型和空间插值方法,以地价为指示指标,对南京、扬州同城化空间格局进行模拟,以揭示同城化空间格局演化的一般规律。结果表明:(1)以城际铁路为代表的快速交通对同城化推动效应明显,以南京为代表的强中心城市辐射范围扩大,扬州等弱中心城市辐射范围相对收缩。(2)不同时速城际铁路对同城化空间格局影响的一般规律为:时速越快,中心城市辐射强度越高,同城化程度越高;同一时速下,距中心城市越近,同城化程度越高;时速提升存在边际效应,表现为城际铁路对中心城市辐射范围的扩张有阈值极限。(3)随着中心城市互动的日益紧密,同城化空间格局将沿着单轴、多轴、网络形态逐渐演进,应进一步发挥中心城市、次级城市、城镇组团比较优势,形成分工明确、资源共享的同城化网络。
In order to further adapt to the needs of spatial planning under the background of regional coordination,based on the land price gradient model and spatial interpolation method,land price was taken as an indicator of urban integration,and the spatial pattern of Nanjing and Yangzhou integration was simulated to reveal the general law of urban integration evolution.The results show that:(1)The rapid transportation represented by intercity railway has obvious promoting effect on the integration.The radiation scope of strong central cities represented by Nanjing expands,while the radiation scope of weak central cities such as Yangzhou shrinks relatively.(2)General law of the influence of intercity railway with different speed on spatial pattern of urban integration:The speed of intercity railway is positively correlated with radiation intensity of central city and degree of urban integration.At the same speed,the closer to the central city,the higher the degree of urban integration is;the marginal effect exists in the increase of speed per hour,which shows that the intercity railway has a threshold limit for the expansion of the radiation scope of the central city.(3)With the increasingly close interaction between central cities and the improvement of node energy level,the spatial pattern of urban integration will gradually evolve along the single axis,multi-axis and network.The comparative advantages of central cities,sub-cities,and urban clusters should be further utilized to form a close network with clear division of labor and resource sharing.
