当前,我国经济社会发展已步入百年变局与新冠疫情交织叠加的复杂环境。为了稳定经济市场环境,助力产业发展,服贸业开始成为保障我国供给平衡,稳定市场环境,促进交流合作的重要领域。作为服贸业的重要组成部分,会展业的高质量发展决定着服贸业的发展情况。但是,突发疫情造成会展业遭受巨大损失,产业发展严重受到制约。为了保障会展业的复工、复产与复市,各省市均出台相关政策扶持会展业快速复苏。在最近召开的各类支持会展业复苏、振兴与发展的研讨会上,针对政策推动新时期会展业高效发展的问题,受到了各级政府、行业协会、科研院校及会展从业者的广泛讨论,并成为近期业界关注的焦点。

At present, China’s economic and social development has stepped into a complex environment of century-old changes and the pandemic. In order to stabilize the economic market environment and promote industrial development, the service trade industry has become an important fi eld to guarantee the balance of China’s supply, stabilize the market environment and promote exchanges and cooperation. As an important part of the service trade industry, the high-quality development of the exhibition industry determines the development of the service trade industry. However, the outbreak caused great losses to the exhibition, and the development of the industry was seriously restricted. In order to ensure the resumption of work, production and market, all provinces and cities have issued relevant policies to support the rapid recovery of the exhibition industry. In various seminars held recently to support the recovery, revitalization and development of the convention and exhibition industry, the issue of policy promoting the effi cient development of the convention and exhibition industry in the new era has been widely discussed by governments at all levels, industry associations, research institutions and exhibition practitioners, and has become the focus of the industry recently.
