研究型大学科技成果转化生态体系建设——以麻省理工学院为研究对象被引量：1

摘要研究型大学在科技成果产业化过程中扮演重要的角色,然而,国内研究型大学在成果转化的数量与质量上,与全球顶尖的研究型大学相比,仍存在着较大的差距.本文以麻省理工学院为研究对象,重点分析了其科技成果转化生态体系中不同组织的使命与任务.通过剖析麻省理工学院的成功经验,得到如下启示:为了真正实现以创新性成果支持创新型国家建设,中国的研究型大学应该坚持创新研究,这是高质量成果转化的源泉和基础;在成果转化过程中,大学首先要夯实整个体系的制度建设,其次要以系统性思维,从单个的要素入手,建设完整的成果转化生态体系.
