摘要
园林绿化、河湖治理过程中产生了大量的有机和无机废弃物,成了环境治理的难题。以园林有机废弃物制备成生物质微米燃料为能源,以河道淤泥等为原料开展了轻质陶粒烧制的研究。在试验配比下,烧制出了孔隙率在39.6%~41.3%,堆积密度为449kg/m3~493kg/m3,筒压强度为1.8MPa~3.0MPa的轻质陶粒,相应优化的烧成温度为1200℃,保温时间30min。陶粒对淤泥中的高沸点重金属具有较好的固结能力,降低了重金属的二次污染问题。与此同时,采用园林有机废弃物作为能源,可有效降低陶粒烧制成本,节约化石能源,并从一定意义上减少二氧化碳等温室气体的排放。
A large number of organic and inorganic waste produced from landscaping, river and lake treatment process have become an important environmental problem. Garden organic waste is used as energy and river mud as raw materials, light weight ceramsite is produced in this paper. Under the experimental ratio, the lightweight aggregate shows its porosity of 39.6%~41.3%, bulk density of449 kg/m3~493 kg/m3, and numerical tube pressure of 1.8 MPa ~3.0 MPa under the condition of 1200℃. The ceramic particles have good consolidation ability for heavy metals with high boiling point in the sludge, which reduces their secondary pollution problems.At the same time, the use of garden organic waste as an energy source can effectively reduce the cost of ceramic pellet firing, and reduce the emission of greenhouse gases in a certain sense.
