丁酸梭菌对主要商业饲用益生菌抑制作用的研究 被引量:1

摘要 研究旨在体外评估益生菌丁酸梭菌对主要商业饲用益生菌的抑制作用。采用牛津杯法,以抑菌圈直径判定丁酸梭菌对6个主要商业饲用益生菌(凝结芽孢杆菌、枯草芽孢杆菌、地衣芽孢杆菌、屎肠球菌、粪肠球菌、产朊假丝酵母)的抑制作用。结果显示:丁酸梭菌对凝结芽孢杆菌的抑制作用达到“高敏感”,对地衣芽孢杆菌的抑制作用为“中敏感”,对枯草芽孢杆菌的抑制作用为“低敏感”,对屎肠球菌、粪肠球菌、产朊假丝酵母的抑制作用均判定为“不敏感”。综上,基于丁酸梭菌对其他商业饲用益生菌存在的抑制作用,建议复合饲用益生菌产品要充分考虑丁酸梭菌与其他饲用益生菌之间可能的拮抗效应。 Evaluate the inhibitory effect of Clostridium butyricum on the commercial feed probiotics in vitro were conducted in this study.The inhibitory effect of Clostridium butyricum on six commercial probiotics(Bacillus coagulans,Bacillus subtilis,Bacillus licheniformis,Enterococcus faecium,Enterococcus faecalis and Candida utili)were determined by comparing the diameter of inhibition zone(DIZ)using Oxford cup method in vitro.The results showed that Clostridium butyricum was"highly sensitive"to Bacillus coagulans,"moderately sensitive"to Bacillus licheniformis,"low sensitive"to Bacillus subtilis,and"insensitive"to Enterococcus faecium,Enterococcus faecalis and Candida utilis.In conclusion,based on the inhibitory effect of Clostridium butyricum on other commercial feed probiotics,it was suggested that the possible antagonistic effect between Clostridium butyricum and other feed probiotics should be fully considered.
