发酵豆粕对黑猪哺乳仔猪生长性能的影响

Effects of Fermented Soybean Meal on Growth Performance in Black Pig Suckling Piglets

为了研究发酵豆粕对黑猪哺乳仔猪生长性能的影响,试验选择5日龄黑猪补乳仔猪144头,按照窝别、体重相近的原则分为对照组和试验组,每组3个重复,每个重复24头仔猪,分别饲喂由普通豆粕、发酵豆粕制成的教槽饲料。结果表明:发酵豆粕抗原蛋白降解较为彻底;24日龄仔猪断奶重差异不显著(P>0.05),但试验组比对照组提高了4.25%;对照组和试验组15~24日龄平均日采食量差异显著(P<0.05),试验组比对照组提高了11.70%;整个正式试验期,试验组饲料消耗量显著高于对照组(P<0.05),试验组比对照组提高10.98%;试验组腹泻率和死亡率均低于对照组,分别降低了22.93%、49.40%。

In order to study the effects of fermented soybean meal on the growth performance of black pig suckling piglets,the 144 black pig suckling piglets with 5-day age were selected and randomly allocated by litter and body weights to the control group and test group,with three replicates,each repeat 24 heads.Piglets in the control group were fed compound feeds made of ordinary soybean meal and the test group was treated with fermented soybean meal.The results showed that the degradation of antigen protein in fermented soybean was relatively complete.The 24-day age weaning weight was not significant(P>0.05),but the test group increased by 4.25%compared with the control group.During 15-24-day age,the average daily gain(ADG)improved signifi-cantly(P<0.05),the test group increased by 11.70%compared with the control group.Throughout the formal test period,the feed consumption of the test group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05),with an increment of 10.98%.The diarrhea rate and death rate in the test group were lower than those in the control group,which were reduced by 22.93%and 49.40%,respectively.
