摘要
阐述了机器视觉技术功能作用、在智能制造中的主要应用、机器视觉和人类视觉的区别与联系、软硬件结构、算法及其在发动机、变速箱和整车四大工艺中的具体应用过程,遇到的问题及解决方法,总结了机器视觉技术在汽车制造应用中未来发展趋势,指出智能制造和工业4.0时代机器视觉技术在汽车制造行业中应用的比重将会越来越大,机器视觉技术是人工智能落地到汽车制造领域中不可或缺的一环,对其进行系统性研究显得十分必要,旨在利用机器视觉技术降低汽车制造生产成本、提高生产效率、生产柔性和生产自动化程度,从而为汽车制造行业电动化、网联化、智能化、共享化发展奠定坚实基础。
This paper expounded the function of machine vision technology,its main application in intelligent manufacturing,the difference and correlation between machine vision and human vision,software and hardware structure,algorithm and its specific application process,problems and solutions in the four processes of engine,gearbox and whole vehicle,and summarized the future development trend of machine vision technologies in automobile manufacturing.It is pointed out in the paper that in the era of intelligent manufacturing and industry 4.0,the proportion of machine vision technologies in the application of automobile manufacturing industry will grow.Machine vision technology is an indispensable part of artificial intelligence in the field of automobile manufacturing,and it is very necessary to make systematic research on it.The purpose is to use machine vision technologies to reduce automobile manufacturing production cost,improve production efficiency,production flexibility and production automation,so as to lay a solid foundation for the development of electrification,networking,intelligence and sharing in the automobile manufacturing industry.
