摘要
为解决汽车内饰顶棚产品中醛类物质含量易超标问题,采用“一步湿法”工艺,将乙烯脲添加到汽车内饰顶棚样品的生产过程当中。测试了乙烯脲添加量对样品甲醛、乙醛含量的影响,并研究分析了添加乙烯脲的样品中醛类物质含量随时间的变化,研究表明,通过向顶棚样品中添加乙烯脲,可以大幅降低产品的醛含量,添加过程操作简便,处理后的产品,醛含量可以长时间保持在较低水平。
In order to solve the problem that the content of aldehydes in automobile interior ceiling products easily exceeds standards,ethylene urea was added to the ceiling samples by one-step wet process.The influence of the addition of ethylene urea on the content of acetaldehyde and aldehydes content was tested,and the change of aldehydes material content in the ethylene urea samples was studied.The research results show that adding ethylene urea to the ceiling samples can greatly reduce the aldehydes content,the operation process is simple,and the ceiling samples with ethylene urea can keep low aldehydes content for a long time.
