摘要
目的探讨人性化管理模式在护理管理中的应用效果。方法选取2020年1—12月该院各科室临床一线工作的护理人员100名,应用随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,各50名。观察组护理人员实施人性化管理模式,对照组护理人员实施常规管理,观察两组护理人员各项工作满意度和护理人员对人性化护理管理的满意度。结果观察组护理人员各项工作满意度量表评分均显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组人性化护理管理满意度为96.0%,显著高于对照组的80.0%,差异有统计学意义(χ2=6.061,P=0.014)。结论实施人性化管理后可显著提高临床护理人员的工作热情,和谐人际关系,同时,可提高临床护理质量、护理人员的工作品质及护理人员对管理模式满意度。
Objective To explore the application effect of humanized management model in nursing management.Methods From January to December 2020,100 nursing staff from all departments of the hospital were selected.They were divided into the observation group and the control group by the random number table method,with 50 in each.The nursing staff in the observation group implemented the humanized management model,the nursing staff in the control group implemented routine management.The job satisfaction of the two groups of nursing staff and the nursing staff's satisfaction with the humanized nursing management were observed.Results The scores of various job satisfaction scales of nursing staff in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group,and the differences was statistically significant(P<0.05).The observation group satisfaction of humanized nursing management was 96.0%,significantly higher than 80.0%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ2=6.061,P=0.014).Conclusion The implementation of humanized management can significantly improve the work enthusiasm and harmonious interpersonal relationship of clinical nurses.At the same time,it can improve the quality of clinical nursing,the work quality of nursing staff and the satisfaction of nursing staff with the management model.
