现代医院人力资源管理面临的挑战与对策

摘要 医院作为国家医疗卫生资源的关键组成部分,其在为人民提供优质医疗产品及服务的同时,更要迎合国家医疗卫生改革的需求。21世纪后,我国很多医院都面临新形势,如医疗保险市场的建构、医疗体制的改革等,医院间的行业竞争日益激烈,很多医院都制订了新的可持续发展战略。在医院发展战略的实施过程中,是以人力资源管理为前提,只有把握人才方面的优势,医院才能在激烈的市场竞争中占据一席之地。所以,在新时代,如何开展医院人力资源管理,形成有效的人力资源管理机制,提高医院的核心竞争力,是医院管理者必须要考虑的问题。该文通过分析现代医院人力资源管理面临的挑战,并提出相关对策,进一步推动以现代医院人力资源管理的发展。 As a key part of national medical and health resources,hospitals must meet the needs of national medical and health reform while providing high-quality medical products and services for the people.After the 21st century,many hospitals in my country are facing new situations,such as the construction of the medical insurance market,the reform of the medical system,etc.The industry competition among hospitals is increasingly fierce,and many hospitals have formulated new sustainable development strategies.In the implementation of the hospital development strategy,it is based on human resource management.Only by grasping the advantages of talents can the hospital occupy a place in the fierce market competition.Therefore,in the new era,how to carry out hospital human resource management,form an effective human resource management mechanism,and improve the hospital's core competitiveness are issues that hospital managers must consider.This paper analyzes the challenges faced by modern hospital human resource management and proposes relevant countermeasures to further promote the development of modern hospital human resource management.
