综合管理在职业病护理管理中的应用

Application of Comprehensive Management in Occupational Disease Nursing Management

目的分析综合管理在职业病护理管理中的应用效果。方法选择2021年1—10月该院18名职业病护理护士作为研究对象,根据随机平均分配的原则分为观察组和对照组,每组9名。对照组采用岗位责任制管理,观察组采用综合管理的护理管理方法,比较两组护士在接受护理管理前后理论考试成绩和技能操作成绩的结果和满意度。结果护理管理前,两组理论考试成绩和技能操作成绩比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理管理后,观察组理论考试成绩(95.42±2.37)分高于对照组理论考试成绩(89.88±1.99)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);护理管理后,观察组技能操作成绩(95.42±1.71)分高于对照组技能操作成绩(82.36±1.84)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组满意度为100.00%,对照组总满意度为55.56%,观察组满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在职业病护理管理中应用综合管理可以显著提升护士的理论考试成绩和技能操作成绩,可以显著提升满意度,综合管理在职业病护理管理中具有显著意义。

Objective To provide theoretical basis for occupational disease nursing management by analyzing the application effect of comprehensive management in occupational disease nursing management.Methods From January to October 2021,18 occupational disease nursing nurses in the hospital were selected as the research objects of this study,and were divided into an observation group and a control group according to the principle of random and average distribution,with 9 nurses in each group.The control group were managed by the post responsibility system,and the observation group were managed by the comprehensive management method.The results and satisfaction of the two groups of nurses before and after receiving nursing management were compared in terms of theoretical test performance and skill performance.Results Before nursing management,there was no statistically significant difference in theoretical scores and skill operation scores between the two groups(P>0.05).After nursing management,the theoretical test score of the observation group was(95.42±2.37)points higher than the theoretical test score of the control group(89.88±1.99)points,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After nursing management,the skill operation score of the observation group(95.42±1.71)points was higher than the skill operation score of the control group was(82.36±1.84)points,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The satisfaction of the observation group was 100.00%,and the total satisfaction of the control group was 55.56%.The satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of comprehensive management in occupational disease nursing management can significantly improve the theoretical test performance and skill operation performance of nurses,and at the same time can significantly improve satisfaction.Comprehensive management has significant significance in occupational disease nursing management.
