三级量化护理管理模式在眼科护理管理中的应用

Application of Three-level Quantitative Nursing Management Model in Ophthalmic Nursing Management

目的通过分析三级量化护理管理模式在眼科护理管理中应用的具体效果,为眼科护理管理提供理论依据。方法回顾性分析2019年6—12月以及2020年1—6月该院眼科7名护士,同一组人员根据不同时间段分为对照组和观察组,对照组采用岗位责任制的眼科常规护理管理方法;观察组在对照组基础上采取三级量化护理管理模式。分析两组的护理管理效果。结果对照组专业水平考核评分、知识水平考核评分、专业技能操作考核评分为(81.71±1.49)分、(85.43±2.37)分、(87.14±1.95)分低于观察组的(89.29±1.80)分、(94.43±2.50)分、(93.00±1.92)分,差异有统计学意义(t=-8.560、-6.901、-5.668,P<0.001);观察组患者护理满意度显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在眼科护理管理中应用三级量化护理管理模式不仅可以显著提高护士的各项护理质量指标,还能大幅提高患者对护理工作满意度。

Objective To provide a theoretical basis for ophthalmic nursing management by analyzing the specific effect of the three-level quantitative nursing management model in ophthalmic nursing management.Methods A retrospective analysis was made of 7 nurses in the ophthalmology department of the hospital from June to December 2019 and from January to June 2020.The same group of staff was divided into a control group and an observation group according to different time periods.The control group adopted the routine ophthalmic nursing management method of the job responsibility system.The observation group adopted a three-level quantitative nursing management model on the basis of the control group.The nursing management effect of the two groups was analyzed.Results The scores of the professional level assessment,knowledge level assessment,and professional skills operation assessment score of the control group were(81.71±1.49)points,(85.43±2.37)points,and(87.14±1.95)points were lower than(89.29±1.80)points,(94.43±2.50)points,(93.00±1.92)points of the observation group,the difference was statistically significant(t=-8.560,-6.901,-5.668,P<0.001);the nursing satisfaction of patients in the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of the three-level quantitative nursing management model in ophthalmic nursing management can not only significantly improve various nursing quality indicators of nurses,but also greatly improve the satisfaction of patients in nursing work.This management model is worthy of promotion in ophthalmic nursing management.
