综合管理在物理治疗科护理管理中的应用效果分析

Analysis of the Application Effect of Comprehensive Management in Nursing Management of Physical Therapy Department

目的探究分析综合管理在物理治疗科护理管理中的应用效果。方法回顾性分析2018年1月—2019年1月及2019年2月—2020年2月长春市第六医院物理治疗科综合管理人员20名,将前者为对照组,后者为观察组作为该研究对象,同一组人员以护理管理方法不同将其分为对照组与观察组,对照组采取岗位责任制管理方案进行管理,观察组在对照组基础上采取综合管理的护理管理干预。活动结束后比较两组护理管理人员理论考核成绩、技能考核成绩、管理能力成绩及进行满意度评价。结果研究活动结束时,观察组理论考核成绩评分为(92.46±2.81)分高于对照组的(87.88±2.45)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组技能考核成绩评分为(94.16±2.84)分高于对照组的(89.23±2.19)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组管理能力成绩评分为(93.71±2.41)分高于对照组的(88.69±2.59)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组护理管理人员满意度(95.00%)明显高于对照组(65.00%),差异有统计学意义(χ2=3.906,P=0.048)。结论综合管理在物理治疗科护理管理中的应用,不仅可以提高物理治疗科护理人员的护理质量,也提高护理管理工作的满意度。

Objective To explore and analyze the application effect of comprehensive management in nursing management of physical therapy department.Methods From January 2018 to January 2019 and from February 2019 to February 2020,20 general managers in the physical therapy department of Changchun Sixth Hospital were retrospectively analyzed.The former was the control group and the latter was the observation group.The subjects of this study were divided into the control group and the observation group with different nursing management methods.The control group was managed by the post responsibility system management plan.In the observation group,the nursing management intervention of comprehensive management was adopted on the basis of the control group.After the activity,the theoretical assessment scores,skills assessment scores,management ability scores and satisfaction evaluation of the nursing managers of the two groups were compared.Results At the end of the research activities,the theoretical assessment score of the observation group was(92.46±2.81)points were higher than the control group was(87.88±2.45)points,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the skill assessment score of the observation group was(94.16±2.84)points were higher than the control group(89.23±2.19)points,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the management ability score of the observation group(93.71±2.41)points were higher than the control group(88.69±2.59)points,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The satisfaction of nursing managers in the observation group(95.00%)was significantly higher than that in the control group(65.00%),and the difference was statistically significant(χ2=3.906,P=0.048).Conclusion The application of comprehensive management in nursing management of physical therapy department can not only improve the nursing quality of nursing staff in physical therapy department,but also improve the satisfaction of nursing management work.
