心内科护理管理中运用层级管理模式的干预效果分析

Analysis of Intervention Effect of Using the Hierarchical Management Model in the Nursing Management of Cardiology Department

目的观察心内科护理管理中运用层级管理模式的干预效果。方法选取2020年12月—2021年12月于该院心内科工作的医护人员40名展开研究,按照随机分组法将其分为两组。参比组20名医护人员应用基础管理模式,观察组20名医护人员应用层级管理模式。分析两组心内科医护人员管理后的心内科相关知识掌握情况、工作能力、管理满意度。结果管理后,观察组医护人员的心内科相关知识掌握情况优于参比组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组医护人员的工作能力强于参比组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组医护人员负责患者的管理满意度高于参比组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论应用层级管理模式能够丰富医护人员心内科相关知识,增强医护人员工作能力,提高管理服务质量,建议研究应用。

Objective To observe the intervention effect of hierarchical management model in nursing management of cardiology department.Methods 40 medical staff working in the Department of Cardiology of the hospital from December 2020 to December 2021 were selected for the study,and they were divided into groups according to the random grouping method.The basic management mode was applied to 20 medical and nursing personnel in the reference group and the hierarchical management mode was applied to 20 medical and nursing personnel in the observation group.The mastery of Cardiology related knowledge,working ability and management satisfaction of medical staff in cardiology in the two groups were analyzed.Results After management,the knowledge of Cardiology of medical staff in the observation group was better than that in the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the working ability of medical staff in the observation group was stronger than that in the reference group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the management satisfaction of medical staff in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the reference group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of hierarchical management model can enrich the relevant knowledge of Cardiology of medical staff,enhance the working ability of medical staff,and improve the quality of management service.It is suggested to study and apply it.
