摘要
目的研究在内分泌科管理中实施创优管理的应用效果。方法选取2020年1—12月该院内分泌科室护理人员20名为研究对象,随机分为两组。常规组10名实施常规护理管理模式,研究组10名实施创优管理模式。对比两组护理管理模式的应用效果。结果研究组在基础护理能力、专科护理能力、护理服务态度及护理安全等护理质量评分均优于常规组,差异有统计学意义(t=7.222、9.983、10.243、11.822,P<0.05)。常规组护理纠纷率为40.00%、患者投诉率为40.00%,高于研究组的0.00%、0.00%,差异有统计学意义(χ2=5.000、5.000,P<0.05)。常规组患者对护理工作的满意度为80.00%,低于研究组的满意度96.67%,差异有统计学意义(χ2=8.086,P<0.05)。结论创优管理模式在内分泌科管理中具有很高的临床应用价值,可显著提升内分泌科护理质量,降低科室护理差错事件的发生,提升患者的满意程度。
Objective To study the application effect of implementing excellent management in the management of endocrinology department.Methods 20 nurses in the endocrine Department of the hospital from January to December 2020 were randomly divided into two groups.10 in the routine group implemented the routine nursing management mode and 10 in the study group implemented the excellence creation management mode.To compare the effect of two groups of nursing management models.Results The scores of basic nursing ability,specialized nursing ability,nursing service attitude and nursing safety in the study group were better than those in the routine group,and the difference was statistically significant(t=7.222,9.983,10.243,11.822,P<0.05).The rate of nursing disputes and patient complaints in the routine group was 40.00%,which was higher than that in the study group(0.00%and 0.00%),the difference was statistically significant(χ2=5.000,5.000,P<0.05).The satisfaction of patients in the routine group was 80.00%,which was lower than 96.67%in the study group,the difference was statistically significant(χ2=8.086,P<0.05).Conclusion The excellent management model has high clinical application value in the management of endocrinology department,which can significantly improve the nursing quality of endocrinology department,reduce the occurrence of nursing errors in the department,and improve the satisfaction of patients.
