摘要
人事档案管理是人事管理的一项重要内容,且在组织人事管理中具有重要的作用。随着信息技术的不断发展,大数据技术促进了人事档案管理建设的新模式。该文重点分析了医疗卫生事业单位人力资源行业特点及人事档案管理现状及大数据技术对医疗卫生机构人事档案信息化管理的影响,探讨如何借助大数据技术提升医疗卫生事业单位人事档案信息化建设。
Personnel file management is an important part of personnel management,and plays an important role in organizational personnel management.With the continuous development of information technology,big data technology has promoted a new mode of personnel file management and construction.The paper focuses on analyzing the characteristics of the human resources industry in medical and health institutions and the current situation of personnel file management,as well as the impact of big data technology on the informatization management of personnel files in medical and health institutions,and discusses how to use big data technology to improve the construction of personnel file informatization in medical and health institutions.
