PBL联合LBL教学法在推拿学教学中的应用价值

摘要 目的探讨PBL联合LBL教学法在推拿学教学中的应用价值。方法选取2020年1月—2021年1月该校进行针灸推拿课程学习的2020级农村医学专业学生70名,将上半年的35名学生作为对照组,将下半年的35名学生作为研究组。对照组采用LBL教学法进行教学,研究组采用PBL联合LBL教学法进行教学。对比两组期末成绩、临床工作能力以及教学满意度。结果教学后,研究组期末成绩高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组临床工作能力优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组教学满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在对农村医学专业学生进行推拿临床教学时,使用不同的教学方式产生的教学效果有所不同,其中使用PBL联合LBL教学法较单一教学法更能够提升学生期末成绩,锻炼学生临床工作能力,提高教学满意度。 Objective To explore the application value of PBL combined with LBL teaching method in massage teaching.Methods A total of 70 students majoring in rural medicine in Grade 2020 from January 2020 to January 2021 were selected.35 students in the first half of the year was taken as the control group,and 35 students in the second half of the year was taken as the research group,with 35 students in each group.The control group was taught by LBL teaching method,and the study group was taught by PBL combined with LBL teaching method.The final scores,clinical work ability and teaching satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results After the clinical teaching,the final scores in the study group were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The clinical work ability in the study group was better than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The teaching satisfaction in the study group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In the clinical teaching of massage for rural medical students,the teaching effects produced by different teaching methods are different.Among them,the use of PBL combined with LBL teaching method can improve students'final grades,exercise students'clinical work ability,and improve teaching satisfaction compared with single teaching method.
