摘要
目的探讨微课的反转式教学在放射科临床教学中的应用成效。方法将该院2019年1月—2020年1月60名放射科临床学生,双盲随机法分两组,每组30名。对照组给予常规法教学,研究组实施微课的反转式教学。比较两组对教学工作的满意度、放射科理论知识、放射科操作技能的考核评分。结果研究组对教学工作的满意度高于对照组,放射科理论知识、放射科操作技能的考核评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论放射科临床学生实施微课的反转式教学效果确切,可提高放射科临床学生的理论和技能掌握水平,使其更好胜任日后的工作,并提高其对教学方法的认可。
Objective To explore the application effect of micro-lecture reversal teaching in clinical teaching of radiology department.Methods 60 clinical students of radiology department in the hospital from January 2019 to January 2020 were divided into two groups by double-blind randomization,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was given conventional teaching,while the research group was given micro-lecture reversal teaching.The two groups were compared in terms of satisfaction with teaching work,theoretical knowledge of radiology,and assessment scores of radiology operation skills.Results The satisfaction with teaching work in the study group was higher than that in the control group,and the assessment scores of the theoretical knowledge and operational skills in the radiology department were higher than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The reversal teaching effect of micro-lectures implemented by clinical students in radiology department is accurate,which can improve the theoretical and skill mastery level of clinical students in radiology department,make them more competent for future work,and improve their recognition of teaching methods.
