病理学实验教学中临床病理讨论法的应用分析 被引量:3

摘要 目的分析病理学实验教学中临床病理讨论法的应用效果。方法选取该院接收的2021级护理和助产专业的学生150名进行该次研究,按照病理学实验教学中所选方式的差异划分为两组,每组75名。采取常规教学法的为对照组,采取临床病理讨论法的为观察组。教学后比较两组的教学质量和教学满意度。结果观察组学生问卷调查评分与笔试试卷评分相较于对照组更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组学生对教学满意度明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在病理学实验教学中,运用临床病理讨论法,可以提高学生对病理知识的掌握度,使之在学习中发挥主观能动性,值得临床推广。 Objective To analyze the application effect of clinical case discussion method in pathology experimental teaching.Methods 150 students of 2021 nursing and midwifery majors received in the hospital for this study were divided into two groups with 75 students in each group according to the differences in the methods selected in the pathology experimental teaching.The group that adopted the conventional teaching method was used as the control group.The group that adopted the clinical pathological discussion method was regarded as the observation group.Comparison of teaching quality and teaching satisfaction between the two groups after teaching.Results Compared with the control group,students in the observation group had higher questionnaire scores and written test scores,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The students'satisfaction with teaching in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion In the pathology experiment teaching,using the clinical pathology discussion method can improve the students'mastery of pathology knowledge and make them exert their subjective initiative in learning,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
