活性碳管中正己烷能力验证考核样品的研制及实验室间比对结果分析

Development of N-hexane Proficiency Testing Samples in Activated Carbon Tubes and Analysis of Interlaboratory Comparison Results

目的研制活性碳管中正己烷能力验证考核样品,分析其用于某省职业卫生技术服务机构实验室间比对的效果。方法4种浓度各制备100支正己烷活性碳管能力验证考核样品,该研究在2021年6—12月对其解吸效率、均匀性和稳定性等进行分析,检验合格后应用于某省职业卫生技术服务机构实验室间比对。结果制备的正己烷活性碳管能力验证样品解吸效率为98.0%,均匀性和稳定性检验结果良好,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),样品在室温下可稳定保存6个月。参加实验室间比对的60家机构中优秀结果占41.7%,合格结果占43.3%,不合格结果占15.0%。结论研制的活性碳管中正己烷能力验证样品相关指标均满足国家标准要求,可用于职业卫生技术服务机构的实验室间比对。

Objective To develop the n-hexane proficiency test sample in activated carbon tube,and analyze its effect on inter-laboratory comparison of occupational health technical service institution in a province.Methods 100 n-hexane activated carbon tubes proficiency test samples were prepared for each of the four concentrations.In this study,their desorption efficiency,uniformity and stability were analyzed from June to December 2021.After passing the test,they were used in Inter-laboratory comparison of occupational health technical service institutions in a province.Results The desorption efficiency of the prepared n-hexane activated carbon tube proficiency test sample was 98.0%,the uniformity and stability test results were good,and the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).The sample can be stored stably for 6 months at room temperature.Among the 60 institutions participating in the inter-laboratory comparison,41.7%were excellent results,43.3%qualified results,and 15.0%unqualified results.Conclusion The relevant indicators of the n-hexane proficiency testing samples in the developed activated carbon tubes all meet the requirements of national standards,and can be used for inter-laboratory comparison of occupational health technical service institutions.
