摘要
医院内图书馆的建设和图书管理知识化服务的创新都对医务人员阅读兴趣的建立有着关键性的作用,对于医务人员来说,有了良好的知识化服务可以有效的推动阅读意识的提升,提高其阅读体验感,从而做到提高医务人员阅读的积极性,为提升医院的专业能力奠定良好的基础。该文讲解了现代医院图书管理知识化服务工作中存在的问题,并对现代医院图书管理知识化服务创新的有效策略进行探讨,期望给予医院管理人员一定的参考意义,有效推动医院图书馆的建设。
The construction of the hospital library and the innovation of the knowledge-based service of library management both play a key role in the establishment of medical staff’s interest in reading.For medical staff,a good knowledge-based service can effectively promote the improvement of reading awareness,improve their reading experience,so as to increase the enthusiasm of medical staff to read,and lay a good foundation for improving the professional ability of the hospital Foundation.This article explains the problems existing in the modern hospital library management knowledge-based service work,and disuss the effective strategies for the modern hospital library management knowledge-based service innovation.construction.
